The situation is as follows: The customer contacted us on July 15th saying they hadn't received the order. Later, after checking, it showed that the package had arrived in the customer's mailbox on July 12th. We don't know if the customer actually looked for it. Understanding the customer's anxious waiting, we came up with a solution to resend the package using the fastest logistics method. However, the customer didn't accept it. This was the only thing we could do, and we had already sent the package. Because the customer didn't take this issue seriously and claimed they couldn't find it and wanted a refund. Later, on July 21st, the customer cancelled the refund and told me they had received the package. Before that, we had been handling the matter seriously. But he actually said that my attitude was poor and our quality was bad. Most importantly, there was no evidence at all, just his words. After several days of unsuccessful appeals, the refund was finally cancelled.
